Can the caregiver hand my mother her pills?
No. We remind, observe and log. Michigan rules reserve administering medication for licensed personnel, and we hold that line for everyone's protection.
Who fills the weekly organizer?
The family, client or pharmacy. Many pharmacies offer pre-sorted blister packs, and we're glad to help set that up.
What happens if a dose is refused?
We document it and notify your designated contact the same day rather than letting a pattern go unnoticed.
