Whose car is used?
Either. Caregivers can drive an insured company-approved vehicle or the client's own car, whichever you prefer — mileage is discussed up front.
Does the caregiver come into the appointment?
Yes, when the client wants that. They take notes on instructions and follow-ups and share them with your designated family contact.
Can you shop without my mother coming along?
Of course. Many clients hand over a list and stay comfortable at home while we run the errand.
